This listing is for an upgrade from a standard 1'' double bar buckle. Our side release buckle upgrade comes with a d ring located on front of the collar so you can attach a leash! This buckle collar is custom made to your pets neck size and is not adjustable, therefore you must measure precisely. It is not recommended for growing puppies.
* Must purchase a 1'' Classic collar, 1'' Titan Collar or 1'' Double Trouble collar with this order.

1" - You can choose from Brass, Silver, Matte Black, Neo Chrome or Rose Gold to upgrade your collar to a 1" side release buckle.
3/4" - You can choose from Brass, Black or Rose Gold to upgrade to a 3/4" side release buckle.
Ensure you have a great fit on your pets neck. To measure your dogs neck size, use a tape measure (a soft one) and measure the circumference of your pets neck while standing (use a comfortable fit with room for comfort, not too tight, not too loose, fur doesnt count). The collar will fit to exactly your measurements, as this is a custom size, it cannot be returned.
* Due to the nature of our collars being 100% custom to neck size & colour options chosen, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Please measure your pet's neck size precisely and avoid measuring previous collars. For an example of what measuring your pet's neck would look like, check out our FAQ page.
Hardware - Our hardware options are all plated metals with the exception of our solid brass option. Please keep in mind that brass is the most durable, whereas our plated hardware can chip and become weathered over time if not taken care of properly. Please follow our cleaning guidelines to maintain longevity of your new Whisker Squad gear.
Whisker Squads processing time is between 1 to 2 weeks. This is the time that it will take for us to handcraft your pets new gear in our shop. The time frame does not include the shipping time.
We try our best to handcraft and ship items out quickly, however the quality of our products is of the utmost importance. Please message us for expected delivery status if you need a rushed order.
For all customers, orders are shipped via tracked mail, this means that you can follow along and track the progress of your new gear as it ships to your house. For international orders, please keep in mind the time it takes to clear customs.
