- Your choice in length. Choose from 6-10" in length, but please message me if you need a custom size! The photographed safety connector is 8" in total length. The size you order, will be the total length including the snap bolts.

Hardware - Our hardware options are all plated metals with the exception of our solid brass option. Please keep in mind that brass is the most durable, whereas our plated hardware can chip and become weathered over time if not taken care of properly. Please follow our cleaning guidelines to maintain longevity of your new Whisker Squad gear.

Our gear can withstand a lot! But despite the super durability, it is important to inspect your pets gear regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Whisker Squad cannot be held liable for any injuries resulting from the improper use of products.

All you need is a little soap and water to clean your new Whisker Squad gear! Our collars and leashes are perfect for playing in the water and mud because they are waterproof. But be sure to clean off with soap and water and dry with a soft cloth to maintain the longevity of your Whisker Squad gear. Saltwater and abrasive substances can over time damage your plated hardware, if choosing to play in saltwater, brass will be the best option for you.

If your leash or collar was exposed to a stinky substance, you may wish to wipe it down with some diluted white vinegar which will help neutralize any smelly odours.

Whisker Squads processing time is between 1 to 2 weeks. This is the time that it will take for us to handcraft your pets new gear in our shop. The time frame does not include the shipping time.

We try our best to handcraft and ship items out quickly, however the quality of our products is of the utmost importance. Please message us for expected delivery status if you need a rushed order.

For all customers, orders are shipped via tracked mail, this means that you can follow along and track the progress of your new gear as it ships to your house. For international orders, please keep in mind the time it takes to clear customs.
